GR IAS Academy was founded in 2018 with a simple yet powerful vision: to make quality civil services coaching accessible to all aspirants, regardless of their background or location. What started as a small coaching center with just 50 students has now grown into one of India's most respected institutions for UPSC preparation.
Our founder, K. Gangadhara Rao, having been an educator for 40 years in varied fields, recognized the need for a more holistic approach to civil services coaching. He envisioned an institution that would not just focus on exam preparation but also on character building and leadership development.
Over the years, we have continuously evolved our teaching methodology, incorporating the latest technology and pedagogical innovations. Our faculty comprises experienced educators, former civil servants, and subject matter experts who bring real-world insights into the classroom.
Today, with a success rate of over 80% and more than 1,000 successful candidates in various Government services, GR IAS Academy stands as a testament to the power of quality education and dedicated mentorship in shaping the future leaders of our nation.
