Withdrawal process: Only completed applications can be withdrawn; Ensure access to registered mobile and email for OTP verification; Separate OTPs sent to mobile and email (valid 30 minutes); Latest application (higher registration ID) considered if multiple submissions; Print authenticated receipt after successful withdrawal; No fee refund available; Auto-generated confirmation sent via email and SMS; Don't share OTPs; Contact upscsoap@nic.in for issues; Withdrawn applications cannot be revived.
